A Gray Morning And A Bold Plan
SPEAKER_01We are on the line.
SPEAKER_00Swans are out there in the overcast world. The river's a little bit wider, which is always hopeful.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_00But it is overcast. But the sun's up and we are up.
Why We Built An Online School
SPEAKER_01We are up. Today we're going to chat about the school. We're going to chat about what we're offering on the school. I did I just had a deja vu. I got caught off guard there. But yeah, we're gonna explain the calendar a little bit. We're gonna explain the classrooms and what's offered in there and what's coming, I think. Just a little bit of what's coming.
SPEAKER_00The school comes from sort of the real quest, I think, to really make use of what we've learned, to really expand sharing what we've learned. One of the things that we've learned is that you don't have to be face-to-face to have effective hypnosis.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's about you and your mind. It's about making changes in the way you see things. It's about seeing experiences differently, and therefore them having a different impact on the way you live, the way you behave, the way you feel mostly. That's the big one.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You know, we've learned a fair bit in terms of fundamentals of what people go through in different aspects of their life and the kinds of thought patterns and thought forms that get created there. We've sort of really, that's a bad way to say it, we have really learned um just the power of reframing and shaping new thoughts uh as method of creating deep shifts in people. And one of the great things about hypnosis is nobody ever has to know you did it, and nobody ever has to know its impact on you, but people notice.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I mean, most of the time when a client is uh coming back for their third or fourth session, you know, my first question is so what are people saying to you?
SPEAKER_02That's a good question.
SPEAKER_00What are what have others noticed about you?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_00And that's that's a powerful thing because when other people are saying, you seem calmer, or they're saying, you seem happier, right? Or you could, you know, one of my favorite comments that a client said to me was their kids think they're more fun.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Right.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's the that's the neat stuff. It's very subtle, nobody has to know. It's completely you. And it's it's going to continue to be who you are. It's just there's going to be a weight lifted, or there's going to be a perception shifted, or uh uh habitual interpretation goes away. My sensitivity goes away. And that's really the value of it. And we find that, you know, I'll be quiet in a second.
SPEAKER_01It's okay.
SPEAKER_00We find that the vast majority of our clients benefit from a lot of the same things, which is really indicative of how consistent sort of social programming is, at least within our arm's reach, right? But our arm's reach is, you know, clients in other countries, right? It's still, for the most part, English-speaking countries or countries that English is is known well because that's the language we deliver in, but lots of countries. And so our experience of being shaped and programmed, and I hope that word isn't too offensive, is pretty consistent around the world. And as a result, some basic understandings make a world difference.
Programming, Reframing, And Real Freedom
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Yeah, I mean that you said it perfectly. Clients change in subtle ways. Hypnosis helps them change themselves in subtle ways. We're the facilitator, the guide, but in hypnosis, you're really making the changes your yourself, right? We help you, we help you guide yourself through your mind. Because if you think about it, if you lay down on the couch or on your bed or in a chair and and said, I'm gonna do, I'm gonna go on a on a journey through my mind and do all these techniques for an hour and a half to two hours, chances are thoughts like, what am I doing later? Or what do I have to get at the store, or when do I have to pick up the kids? Like those thoughts are going to be intrusive during that time. So it's always nice to have the guidance uh aspect of it. So you're not sort of left to your own devices, because it's very normal for the conscious, critical, I should say, critical mind to get involved if you're trying to do it alone. Now there's self-hypnosis, but that's generally something that is very directed, something you're saying to yourself over and over in different ways. And it can be more focused. So you can carry it for a little longer.
SPEAKER_00I see self-hypnosis as a practice you developed after you've experienced hypnosis.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
Guided Help Versus Self‑Hypnosis
From Clinic Chairs To Global Classroom
SPEAKER_00People who are meditators learn it very quickly. People who aren't meditators still learn it quickly, but it's it's a it's different than meditation. I guess, you know, for us, there are things and there are patterns to the human mind, and we wanted to really shift our business from being a clinic with a couple of chairs and and a meeting room to being an online experience that can be accessed anywhere, receiving the same kinds of experiences, the same kinds of sessions. And yeah, the goal is just to reach way more people. I mean, if you if you boil it down to one thing, and I I say this a lot, is that for most of us, we battle with our mind, we fight with our thoughts, we get upset at the constant flow of noise, we we get confused as to what is best for us, and mostly we get really confused with ourselves. When we decide we know what's best for us, why don't we implement it? When we decide what we really, really want, why can't we make that happen? And you're just asking, you know, the computer of the mind to do something he's never done before. And in fact, you're asking it to go against its programming, and that's what it is, right? And so, you know, the podcast, the school, our work with clients, our are general, I gotta say, I mean, it's it's part of my conversations with my friends, right? It's something that we've learned and discovered. It's so powerful, you know, it's all about the mind. Everything's about the mind. Everything starts in the mind. The mind is both the driver, the accelerator, and the brake. And when you can go into your mind and understand what's there, rearrange the things that matter, get rid of the things that don't, clean up the machine, so to speak, and then learn how to use that machine every day, every minute of every day to improve your life. These are things, and you know, I guess I these are things that everybody can have and everybody should have. You know, we are not an optimized species because we are programmed to fit a certain pattern and system. And there's good and there's bad to that. But even within the system, and I'm not advocating any system, but even within the system, you can optimize your experience. You can increase your happiness, you can establish a level of peace, you can take over your own mind and body so that you feel that you are the driver of your being. And this is available to anybody. You know, years and years ago, I had discovered it for myself. Years and years ago, Hillary discovered it for herself, and then we fell in love with it because it is so available and so easy to everybody. So that's why a school, a school, a place to come and learn about your mind, a place to come and learn how to use your mind, a place to come and clean the dust out of the corners, a place to come and realign yourself to your own choices, a place to come and ask yourself, what do I want? And start moving towards that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And and then we take that and we break it down into classrooms and experiences in classrooms, little simple lessons, and really kind of I'm really happy with the quality of the guided meditations that we have on the school. I'm really happy with you know some of the feedback we're getting.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think they're great. I love our template of explanation and then meditation to help in enforce what was said in the explanation. I'm I'm finding my way. I'm finding my own way in the school right now of delivering a classroom, and I really struggle to be like less, but I'm not meant to be like less.
SPEAKER_00Who wants that?
A Place To Learn And Realign
SPEAKER_01No, no. But what I've found, and I'm working on it in the background, I have two modules left to fill in, so it should be coming out soon. But what I've found, and it's really exciting for me, is instead of trying to pull information out of my mind and deliver it, I'm really good at meditations. Let's just say that. I'm really good at meditations, really good at delivering those. But when it comes to giving information just on the spot, it's hard for me to just go into the back of my mind and just pull it all out. So unless prompted, I'm very good at answering questions, right? All the information is there. It surprises me sometimes. But what I've been doing, and I think I'm gonna continue doing this throughout my classrooms, is I am channeling the information. So the little videos that will be with the meditations are a little bit of what's, you know, what what is this about? Let's look at this. But then what I've done is I've channeled a message. And I just read. I just read the message, and I I think that the information, if you just close your eyes and listen, is helpful, hopefully. And then there's a meditation attached. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's a simple model. The model is to reframe, you know. I I never thought about it that way. You just can't count the number of times I've heard that. I never thought about it that way. And that's the idea of reframing that it is. It's the way we think of things that creates the problems. It's the way we think of things that turns a nothing burger into a mammoth problem.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
How The Classrooms Work
SPEAKER_00Right. It's the way we think of things, and and that's for everybody. Right? Everybody. When you when you go out on one end of the scale, you have people who were really subjected to unloving upbringing.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_00And it's caused them to question themselves, and it's caused them to question the world, and it's caused them to mistrust people, and most importantly, to mistrust themselves. And on the other end of the spectrum, you have those people who are out there that, you know, we all like to listen to and watch their videos and stuff, who are on the cusp of enlightenment. That life just doesn't seem to have the impact on them that it has on the rest of us. And they have a standard set of interpretations that keeps everything light, right? Uh, I talk about preloaded thoughts. The idea is in situations like this, how am I going to think about it? And when I can program those preloaded thoughts in, and I'm in that situation, it's amazing how my mind and my body reacts differently. But if we take that whole spectrum, right, every single person, it's about how they're using their mind. It's about how they're thinking, it's about how they're interpreting the situation around them. It's about how they interpret themselves and how they see themselves, right? It doesn't matter where you are in life, it's really about how you see things. So step one is to see that it's possible to see things differently, to accept that my thoughts are creating my emotions. So if I change my thoughts, I'll have different emotions. If I change my view of things, and often it means just letting go of a lot of things that just don't matter, that we thought mattered, that we might even have been raised to believe matter. And we we loosen our grip on what we insist upon. But that is reframing, thinking about things differently. And so when you first introduce a new idea to somebody, there's going to be that critical mind. There's going to be a discussion, there's going to be resistance. Uh I can't count the number of times I've said the clients are sitting in my chair, well, argue with me. Tell me I'm wrong. Tell me how I'm wrong. Don't just agree with me.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_00And they'll look at me and say, Really? And I say, Yeah, go for it. And more than half of the time, they start arguing with me and then they just stop because they realize that their belief doesn't hold water. Just by we've all had that experience where we start talking about something, and then we're halfway through it, we realize, well, this is nuts. I just realized how wrong this thought is. I just realized how incorrect my assumption was. I just realized where the flaw in my logic is. You know, it's it's amazing. We are very intelligent beings, we're very creative, we're very capable, but we're programmed.
Channeling Lessons And Meditation Model
SPEAKER_01And I think when we're we're we're stuck in our head, right? And when we have a thought going around and around in our mind inside, it makes sense. It makes sense to us. And then when we start to say it out loud, not all thoughts, but some of them, when we say them out loud, it's like, oh, oh, yeah, this doesn't hold as much weight. Or even on top of that, I don't want this to hold the weight that it does.
SPEAKER_00Once, yeah, thoughts get re-examined, there's a desire to release them that comes up. And it doesn't take a lot, you know. I'll say that a reframe, when it's effective, is based in some kind of meaningful, accurate, precise, truthful interpretation, right? The truer a reframe is, the more effective it is. The simpler it is, the broader the application in your life.
SPEAKER_01Now, for those that hear the word reframe, they've never really heard the word reframe in this context before. Can you just give a little context of what that is, a reframe?
SPEAKER_00It's as simple as I never thought of it that way before.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
Reframing Explained Through Philosophy
SPEAKER_00And it's as old as the hills. Reframing is every philosophy you've ever read in your life. Right? Reframing is every idea that is somewhat paradoxical and at the same time beautiful. Reframing is simply thinking and interpreting things differently. And the interpretation, I think, is what's critical. So it doesn't matter what philosophy, go back to the Greeks, go back behind the Greeks, go back to the ancient Chinese, go back to the ancient Japanese, go back to the the ancient Hindu, go back, go back, go back. And these philosophies exist, and we kind of can turn them into punchlines and jokes in today's world. But what they are is a method of viewing things that changes the way we respond to them. And so, you know, all this stuff, and and we're so drawn to it, you know, I'll put on the TikTok, and my algorithm brings me all this stuff because this is the stuff that fascinates me. But then I'll look and and I'll see one of these simple philosophical phrases being put into TikTok, and it's got 8 million views, and it's liked by 200,000 people. And we yearn for this stuff. Yeah, we yearn for the stuff that creates relief in our mind. A reframe is simply thinking about something in a different way and finding that that different way is helpful.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's calming, it's clarifying, it's simplifying. And so, you know, that for me was where I began years and years ago. You know, I used to love hearing about philosophers when I was a kid. And as an adult, I fell in love with the Tao Ta Ching and all of the Taoist philosophies that just dragged me in a whole bunch of directions. Because once you learn one cultural philosophy, you you want to learn them all. Today, the Stoics are a huge force in the world today. You know, these old ancient Roman emperors is really sort of where people consider the origins of Stoicism, but that's just filled with aphorisms, simple statements of thinking about things differently.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And so a reframe is an old, old idea. It became very, very, very therapeutically focused with the rise of psychotherapy in the last century. And there are now uh, you know, psychotherapeutic approaches that are completely focused on reframing, really. Cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy. These things are really focused on the idea of reframing. And uh hypnosis has always been about reframing for hundreds of years. It's about allowing the mind to see things differently, making what is unconscious conscious is quite literally seeing things differently.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00So, in terms of it being a therapeutic practice, very well established, old as the hills, always been part of hypnosis, been part of psychotherapy in all its forms, really, even to the point of the emotion-based psychotherapies are still, you know, about breakthroughs that are reframes of sorts. So reframing. So the model says, starts with, well, let's think about it differently. And now let's do a hypnosis session, the way I do it in the office, or let's do a guided meditation that's going to bring the truth of this reframe into your subconscious mind and apply it to as many imaginary circumstances. Answers as possible.
Therapy Roots And Practical Application
SPEAKER_01In the chat, we have a great, a great little message here. I love that I can go into the school every day and choose what I want to work on each day. Do a meditation or do a quick lesson on channeling or listen to your podcasts, or spend some more serious time doing a guided hypnosis session. Thank you for that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's the goal. And to have that there for as many people as possible.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Our our stated goal is 100,000 people.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. We're almost at 100.
SPEAKER_00Here we go.
SPEAKER_01Which is great.
SPEAKER_00Just gotta do that a thousand times.
SPEAKER_01I mean, really, when when we started the school, I couldn't even imagine a hundred people. So that's exciting. That's really nice.
SPEAKER_00And there, you know, our goal is to add content constantly and to bring in new people. So let's talk quickly about what's there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Do you want me to turn the computer so you can see what's there? Oh no, I got a memory. You got a memory.
SPEAKER_00I was actually hoping you'd talk about that part.
Choose Your Daily Practice In The School
SPEAKER_01Oh, okay, okay. Well, yeah, we can start off with uh when when you sign up for the school, there is a community feed. In that feed, there's posts about what's happening that day or that week, or just, you know, a quick post about how are you doing this week, or what did you do on the weekend? How are you feeling today? And I want to be clear right off the bat that if you know, if you do join the school, there's people that are very interactive with the school, and that's lovely. And then there's people that sort of sit back and do their own stuff on their own time, and that's that's okay too. So however you want to interact with the school is up to you. There's in the community feed is the page that you would land on right away. There's three pinned posts. What those posts so far, what they're going to be, is number one at the top is the schedule for each month. You can always click on that and find links to each thing on each day. Second pinned post is a gratitude jar for this month. That's been fun because people can just anytime of day, anytime they want, they can just post what they're grateful for. And it's a nice moment to come back to feeling nice and and grateful for something. And it's I think it's fun to share that stuff too. And then the third post is going to be the guest workshop of the month. This month it's Brian Rump. He's talking about money, feeling safe with money at the the nervous system level and how to do that and and how to release old patterns that feel unsafe. The top, you're gonna see tabs. There's the community tab, which I just talked about. There's the classroom tab. The classroom tab has classrooms that are free with the standard membership, which is zero zero dollars a month. And then it goes up from there. But the free ones have a start here. There's the preschool. We're we're in there right now. We're looking at re-jigging this a little bit to make more sense and to to have things really uh what would you say, last more descriptively labeled.
Community, Tiers, And Live Calendar
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So you know what you're getting into. It was fun coming up with names, but now it's about helping people find what they're looking for and helping us stay organized. Because, you know, some people everybody's working on their mind and everybody's doing reframing, but some people's focus might be very, very specific, right? You might be having issues with sleep, you might be having issues with your eating, you might be having issues with money, you might be having issues, you know, with anger or emotions, you know, and we want to keep the school so that you can slide right in and find what it is that you're looking for, which is almost always, and that's the classroom format, is trying to organize things. For me, I've found that there are a dozen sort of reframes, ways of thinking of things differently that just work for everybody. Some people are already pretty good at some of these things, and it doesn't have the same kind of impact on some people, but even the people who are already thinking more consistently with a reframe find the reframe helps them be even better at it. And then some people will discover reframes that are just like out of left field. Like, how could you think about that that way? But boy, does it make sense? And boy, does it change the way I feel about my life. You know, the classrooms are are really trying to be topic oriented and they're trying to be progressive. So they're doing sort of a series of lessons. Lessons that you will you will take in a progression that might take it might take you months to go through in them, and there's nothing wrong with that. Like you want to be in a hurry, spend your weekend, go crazy, but you want to be slow and paced, that's it too. One of the things that I've found, because I teach a lot of self-hypnosis, and I find a lot of people find it helpful, is that when things are helpful and you start to feel better, you stop doing the thing that made you feel better. It's just really normal, it's a normal human thing.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So, you know, we want you in the school coming back when you discover, you know, three months from now that although things are better, now there's another little gopher that popped its head up. And you want to address that.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And so many times we we need to come back and do things again. And I'll just say this because I think it's a feature that matters. All of the meditations are downloadable.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00Right? You can put them on your phone. You don't have to have a Wi-Fi connection. You can you can find your own safe space and do the meditation. Doing it multiple times for some people is very effective.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00For some people, once they do it, once they did they're not interested in doing it again. It's your own preference.
unknownYeah.
Passive Or Live: Both Paths Work
Emotions As Allies, Not Enemies
SPEAKER_01Yeah. And so there's there's lots of stuff there right now. There's reframes one. It's just called reframes. And then we added over the weekend reframes two. There's emotions one, and then I think after this week there will be an emotions two because Les is holding an emotions meeting in the calendar. Yeah, so there's lots of different things there. There's self-hypnosis that we are sort of sort of rolling out over the next little bit. We'll talk about that in a moment. And there's my favorite, the infinite soul, which is all about past life regression, life between lives, channeling, Akashic Records, all that kind of stuff. And then the one that I'm building, we'll just give a little plug here, is called Learning to Trust Life, Body, and Soul. And so it's going to take you through helping you feel like life supports you. Then it takes you through being gentle with the body and becoming friends again with the body. And you might be wondering, well, why aren't I friends? Why wouldn't I be friends with the body? Think about how you talk to your body. Think about maybe you've gone through an illness and you're feeling like your body has turned against you. Maybe even all the way to weight loss, right? Like, why aren't I losing this weight? Getting frustrated with the body. So this is about learning to come back to the body and remember that it's always on your side. There's just things that get in the way sometimes. And then we go into remembering your soul and then and then purpose. But that should be coming out over the next week or two once I finish the last two modules. And so there's lots of stuff there. We even have our hypnosis training modules at the bottom. If anyone who joins the school is interested in hypnosis training, that's there, and we'll be offering that probably once we get settled, wherever we move to. But generally, the whole school is run besides the classrooms, it's basically run through the calendar. That's a huge part of our school. Every month, and the calendar has its own tab. You can click through each month and see what's being offered. We're almost through February, depending on when you're listening to this, but we're almost through February right now. So there's things left for February. There's the guest speaking on Saturday about money, and there's meditations, and there's a creative right writing workshop today at one or one EST, I should say. But then if you go to March, it's not filled in yet, but there's lots of stuff there right now. And basically, all you have to do is click on whichever one you want to come out to, and depending on your tier, you'll have access to it. And just come on out and be a part of the lives if you want to. And you're going to learn a lot of stuff. You can interact if you want. You don't have to. You can always just turn your video off and sit back and listen. But yeah, our our school really is run through run through the calendar. And then sometimes there's replays put into the classrooms.
SPEAKER_00And the calendar is our way of staying in contact.
unknownYeah.
Sleep, Eating, And Money Mindsets
SPEAKER_00We love talking with people. We love meeting people who are on the journey of understanding and uh retraining their mind. And the the purpose is to sort of balance out both the people who want to be a little more passive. Like we met lots of people who love the idea of hypnosis, but they they just don't really want it or they can't really afford it. They don't want to sit in a chair across from somebody they don't know just in case something really personal comes up. They're intimidated by it, they're resistant to it on a just a protective basis. And for them, there's all these recordings and and with all the same kinds of things that we would do if it was live, right? So it's really, you know, targeted in the same way, but to those people who don't want to have face-to-face contact. And then there's those who really enjoy that, who like the idea of being part of a community, who like the idea that there are people all over the world who all agree I've got to, I need to, I really want to work on my mind and consider these ideas of how the mind works and how we can improve our own lives through shifts and realignments and reframes. And so it's really there meant for everybody, and we still love it. So we just try to do things live. And I like to I like to talk about emotions. There's a classroom on emotions, and what it's really about is realizing that emotions are our friends, they're very useful tools. For most of us, though, we've learned to experience them and hang on to them rather than receive them, receive the message of them and act on that message. And that's really uh changing the way we view emotions. And that's what that classroom is about. It's just about a progression of taking yourself from an experience of emotions being overwhelming and frustrating and incredibly disconcerting to a friendship with your emotions. I understand what they are, I understand how they happen, I understand why they happen, I understand where they happen, I understand what they mean, I understand what the message is, I understand the strategies to respond to them. And when you follow through with those steps, they just dissipate. They're very welcome and they go as quickly as they show up. And so that to me is a huge shift in most people's mentality is seeing their emotions differently. And so these are the kinds of things I think sleep is much the same. Sleep is really about thinking about sleep differently. You know, we're all born and we all fall asleep, you know, within an hour after being born, and we find the first few years of our life sleep for most of us comes pretty easy. And then we become really trained in the world, and sleep starts to get difficult, and we forget how to sleep, and then sleep becomes an issue, and then we create a whole thought form around that. And next thing you know, you know, we we we don't even understand our own sleep anymore.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And so, you know, sort of going back to the beginning and going back to those simple ideas about what sleep is. I mean, it happened to me. I had to learn how to sleep, and when I learned how to sleep, I got really good at it, and yeah, I'm I'm I'm good at it.
SPEAKER_01He's very good at it.
SPEAKER_00I can just go to sleep if I want to.
SPEAKER_0130 seconds in.
Feedback And A Shared Resources Idea
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and it really is just practice, and it really is an ability anybody can learn, or more importantly, relearn because you were already good at it at some point. And anyway, there's there's different ways we experience it. We experience it sometimes, and the way we eat and what we eat, and that's a very unique people's journey with food is a very unique thing to them. Everybody's is different, there's lots of similarities, but at the end of the day, we construct our own view of food and our own view of eating and our own view of comfort, and that impacts our weight, and then we have our own view of our weight. So there's lots of reframing to be had there. And of course, then there is what's coming this month, you know, money. Man oh man, it doesn't take more than 10 minutes of trying to think about how you feel about money, what you think about money, to realize that you are full. I am full of programs about money. And that's why, you know, we're looking forward to have Brian being Brian being part of the school and offering, you know, his special set of knowledge on the way we think about money and the way our thoughts about money interfere with our ability to be at peace with it and have it and use it for our own happiness.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So that's that's the fun stuff. And that's really the approach of the school. And you can come and visit because I like doing classes live, and every once in a while people show up and we talk about the topic. And every once in a while I'm there alone in my little space, and I just record the next thought, the next thing we should be considering. And we post it on the school. And you can come and listen to it when it suits you. But I suppose for me, the most important part of this is feedback. Would love to hear what's working for you on the school, would love to hear what you want to find on the school, would love to hear the kinds of things that you wonder about that we might be able to help with as hypnotists. We just want to hear from you. We want to be present to you and we want to tailor our work to be the most effective for you that it can be.
Upcoming Money Workshop And Next Steps
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think that's a great, if I may, segue into what's come through in the chat. And my mind is worrying right now about how to do this. You both share a lot of information about things you have read or videos you have watched, etc. I would love to see a resources tab or area where you can share some of the resources you have come across or used in your learning journey, names and titles, or even recommendations for further learning. Perhaps it can even be a place that all members can share resources I love that, that have helped them. So in my mind, unfortunately, we can't have a tab because the tabs are set by school itself. But uh, what I imagine is a category.
SPEAKER_00Classroom.
SPEAKER_01Or well, yeah, it could be a lot of people.
SPEAKER_00Or yeah, yeah, just in the chat would be enough, wouldn't it?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, because if it's a category, then others can share.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01Right. So yeah, just a category and people can post in it. I love that idea. Thank you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I I uh I want to reiterate that. You know, every single one of us is hearing new ideas every day, and being compelled to share them is just an expression of love.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I I found something beautiful and I want as many people as possible to benefit from it. And for some people, it's not so much, but for some people it will be life-changing, certainly day-changing. Yeah, so yeah, for people to to find out that there are literally thousands of books out there.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And and yeah, yeah, the world is filled with resources. The world is filled with seekers. And the wonderful thing about seekers is they share.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. I think that's good. Is there any questions about that?
SPEAKER_00So keep your eyes open for Brian's seminar this week. We think that it's gonna head off in a new exciting direction for the school and provide, I think, some help and relief to probably the most common set of mental issues we all face. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01When it comes to money, yeah.
SPEAKER_00All about money.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I was saying to Brian on the weekend when we did the podcast with him, like the last time I did something like this, it wasn't with Brian, but it was in some hypnosis training I was doing. And it made a world of difference. Just releasing just one limiting belief about money. I mean, I've got multiple, but just releasing one made a huge difference in my life. So I know it's gonna be, I know it's gonna be great. All right, I'm trying to think of anything else that we could add to this, but if something comes, we'll we'll talk about it in another podcast. Anyway, looking forward to tonight as well. Is that for the creative writing workshop? Wonderful. Excited to have you there. Okay, have a great day, and we will see you later.
