We are online in the middle of January fall. Yep.
SPEAKER_01:Used to be every January. You'd go through this, you know, life as cycles, right? And you go through these deep colds, and then there was always this period of time in January where it got above zero. Everything started to fall. Everything, you know, we're having rain today of all things. Shocking. The river is wide open. They're still frozen along the shore. It's wide open, it's charging.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:There's the weather report today. Warm and rainy, but not like warm, warm, but uh warmer.
SPEAKER_00:Warm enough.
SPEAKER_01:Warm enough.
SPEAKER_00:Tex chewing her bone again.
SPEAKER_01:She should.
SPEAKER_00:She should. We're gonna try to release the sound of it. And and keep going.
SPEAKER_01:It's her contentment.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:All right. So we've got a question yesterday, and it's a beautiful question.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it really is. We love your questions. This came through the school, and they talked about the podcast and how they're enjoying it. And this and then this question came from it. And it's in relation to our journey, less and I moving and and expanding and letting go and selling the house and everything.
SPEAKER_01:Trusting different instincts, I think, is yeah, part of it. It's really hard, you know, to basically do something that flies in the face of your your upbringing. Work so hard and do all this and get a house and own a house and get the house of your dreams and have a lot of stuff, good stuff, nice stuff, get stuff. The more stuff you have, the better you must be. You know, amass money, amass, and and my guts are telling me enough, enough of this. It is it is a direction you can choose, but it's not the only direction you can choose. And it feels so bizarre some days, and then other did that, and those are those are days when I feel really within my programming, and then there are days when I feel so excited about breaking the programming and stepping away from all these ideas. Yeah, it's not it's not a clear journey. It's not, oh yeah, let's just get on with it kind of journey. We have our ups and downs, we have our fears and our concerns.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. So the question the question today or from yesterday is how do you keep up the momentum to keep going? Fear looks you straight in the eye when making a big move. How do you keep the ideas coming to create a great life when you have never been there before or experienced the new adventure? Which in my mind is sort of like, well, how do you how do you keep imagining this this life that has never existed for you? Right. Usually we imma we imagine our memories, right? We think back and and we try to pull things forward. But how do you how do you keep going forward when you've never been there before?
SPEAKER_01:So read the whole thing again so people can hear what we received.
SPEAKER_00:The whole thing? Like yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:I thoroughly enjoyed your podcast with choice, control, and courage to move forward and being scared but excited. I love the journey you are both creating together. The personal thoughts and how it plays out makes it so real and gets me thinking about my own life and moving forward soon. Your podcast has got my creative juices flowing, and I am getting excited. I can't wait to hear more in the coming days. How do you keep up the momentum to keep going? Fear looks you straight in the eye when making a big move. How do you keep the ideas coming to create a great life when you have never been there before or experience the new adventure?
SPEAKER_01:I think one of the important things she points out is that we we're really reliant on a feedback loop of sorts. We like to have successes, little tiny successes along the way that make us feel confident we're moving forward. We live we we live from a perception standpoint, right? We we are constantly aware of what's going on around us, and we turn to it quickly and completely as a reason to change direction or a reason to continue in the direction. And I think sometimes that doesn't serve us. I think sometimes it actually confuses us. And I think the question is really good because it's not just, you know, like, oh well, keep up the good work, get it going, have courage, right? That's not the the question is how do you have courage, right? How do you how do you find a way through that quagmire that is sometimes your mind filled with guck that's holding you back and and combinations of fears and doubts and confusions and conflicting wishes, right? Because nobody, I don't think anybody gets up saying, I want to be uncomfortable today. I want to be uncomfortable. And if we are experiencing uncomfortableness, it's because we're moving towards something that we hope is more comfortable, right? Um, we don't mind as beings, we don't mind hard work. We really don't when it's towards something we want, we kind of love hard work. When we are going after something, when we are really striving, it's amazing how we will engage hard work and actually take joy from it. And I think I that that's probably the first thing I'd point out is try to remember a time when you were working hard towards something that you really wanted, and the working towards it wasn't a problem. The hard work you didn't resent it, and you weren't angry about it, and you weren't trapped in it because there was this purpose calling to you, right? And so I do think that part of the process is answering that question that came to us yesterday. You know, what do I want? Right? The point on the horizon, the vision for yourself, right? Dwell there, spend time there, flesh it out, think about it, yearn for it. I think there's a lot of power there in terms of internal fortitude and the ability to go through your fears, right? Uh it's a reframe I use all the time with my clients when they're dealing in fear, right? Is that fear is a warning, it's not a wall. Yeah, right. Fear is meant to go through. Fear comes up because there's forward momentum, right? That's the only reason fear comes up is because you're leaving what up to this point has felt safe. You're moving away from what up to this point has felt safe. But when you examine what felt safe, it obviously wasn't satisfying, or you wouldn't want something more. So to be aware that there's something unsatisfying about this safe place and being aware, more and more aware, more and more excited about what you want, I think is what drives you through the fear.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I've talked enough. You talking.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, no, I feel like I I do feel like it's very natural for humans to feel just a little bit of fear or a lot of fear, but it seems to enable the same reaction, right? Whether it's a tiny bit of uncomfortable feeling or or a big uncomfortable feeling, the reaction to it is is generally the same. And the reaction tends to be to pull back to being comfortable again in little ways, right? Or big ways. And it's amazing. I'll I'll just throw this in here. I have a card tarot deck called the Light Sears Tarot. And if you have the tarot deck, pull out the two of wands. That's what that's what came out for this this morning. Find the two of wands and just have a look at it. Look it up. It's incredible how much it resonated with this question. It's honestly, it's probably the the most resonating card in the deck for this question. So anyway, that was really interesting. So I do think that it's important. Uh, the the part of the question that stands out to me is how do you imagine this world that you're headed towards when you've never been there? Right? How do you create that safety, maybe feeling of not being uncomfortable in that world? I think change is always going to be a little bit uncomfortable. But for me personally, you know, I think about how I was worried about creating community wherever we go. That is up to me, right? I can hide in my new place and not find community and maybe even confirm my ideas that I couldn't find community by doing so. But I think it's important to stretch out and and be open to meeting new people, creating new relationships, maybe new friends, and and just putting yourself out there in little bits, in in as comfortable bits as possible that you can muster, right? And I think that's in my mind where I have to go to keep to keep going and keep being excited about it. Because I could choose, you know, we think about our last couple podcasts about choice. I could choose, like I said, to uh hide away, right? I could choose to not be a part of the community. I I I could choose to assume fearful experiences moving into it. But I have to choose the opposite of that in order to keep going because the default is fear, right? That's that's gonna be your def the the default of the mind. So there really is an active choosing, and and this doesn't mean that I'm always, I'm gonna speak for myself. It doesn't mean I'm always in like, yeah, let's go, you know, non-fear. What it means is throughout your day, trying your hardest, trying your best to actively choose to move forward, just like we do, and we teach people, and we're no gurus over here, that's for sure. But like we we try our best to when we have a a stuck thought or let's say a negative thought. We actively choose to think something else, right? Sometimes I even say to my thoughts, like, F off or go away, you know, and that sort of stops them in their tracks. But I I think it is this active, active choosing. And that's what the card brought forward today. Like actively choosing and imagining and moving out of uncomfortability. Yeah, I think it's important to do all that. That makes sense to me.
SPEAKER_01:I I always now, over the last 20 years, have learned this, and now I always see any kind of negative response as resistance, right? Resistance. I think resistance is the sign to me that I have a program in my mind. I'll step back and say this. I've come to the conclusion that everything is interpretation. Everything that I experience is the result of how I have interpreted conditions around me, the meaning that I have placed on them. And we get in the habit of looking at different, what is different, what is not what I'm used to. We get in the habit of attaching fear to that. That's a mental process that can be changed. And the reason I know it's a learned thing is because when you watch little kids, they're not like that. Little kids just want everything, they just want to reach out. Little babies are just reaching out. Give me that. I don't care what it is, I want to touch it, I want to look at it, I want to stick it in my mouth, I want to, I want to taste it and see what that really is. Little kids, what before they've been taught to be afraid of new things, are just inquisitive. And I think when you take a deep breath and try it right now, take a deep breath and try to find that inquisitive nature that's part of who you are. Try to find that curiosity that's down inside you. You've been trained to put to stifle that. You've been trained to put that away. You've been trained to seek what's comfortable, to seek what's reliable. But change is the theme of this place, right? Change is how you discovered your favorite things, right? This process has worked for you in the past. You can say my favorite restaurant is this, or my favorite meal is that, or my favorite sweatshirt is this, or my favorite beach is that, right? But all of them at some point were an exploration, were taking a chance, right? It was it was great to find your favorite spot on your favorite beach, absolutely. But there was a time when you didn't have that, and it was that element of curiosity and exploration inside you that drove you to say, well, let's try out that. There was someplace inside you, there was an ability to calm and trust and go for it. And we need to find that again. We need to, we need to find that part of our mind again because it's there, it's always been there. And in many respects, I'm gonna suggest to you that it's your true nature. Your true nature is to explore, your true nature is to be curious, your true nature is to want to see more, right? You know, think about human beings and going shopping, right? Like one of the great pastimes of human beings is going shopping. I don't know what I want to do today, but I want to go to the mall and walk around and look at new stuff. And I go to the mall and I look at stuff I've never seen before. And I'm curious to go find stuff that I've never seen before. And I go down to the food fair and I try food that I've never tried before, you know, and that's life. You know, life is a mall. It's infinite possibilities. And when you look outside, you know, I'm here, I start talking about the January thaw, right? We're in the dead of winter and it changes. And when I look at the trees that surround me, they're constantly changing. When I look at my lawn that constantly needs cutting, it's constantly growing, it's constantly changing. If you look at nature in any way at all, it's never the same. It is in constant motion. And everything in the world, including us, is constantly changing. My body gets a little bit hungry, and then I put food in it, and then it changes because of the nature of the food I put in it. And then tomorrow I'm gonna feel different when I go to the gym because going to the gym is different than sitting on my couch. Change is the theme of this place. Everything is in constant change, right? The Buddhists call it, what do they call it? They call it the the transient nature, they call it impermanence, right? That nothing here is permanent. And if that's what's going on all around me, and this place is symbolic, this world I live in is symbolic of constant change, constant motion, right? Then the best way I can actually fit into it is to join in that motion.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I had a I had a meeting yesterday where I was talking to this person about our changes, and and they've made incredible changes in their life. They're they're basically a nomad. And they were saying, you know, it's very natural if you think about it for humans to move, to be on the move, where it's migration, right? We used to that was part of our life at some point, way, way, way back. And it was to move away from uncomfortable scenarios, right? And move towards comfortable scenarios, you know, away from snow, towards food and security, and then maybe back coming back when there was no snow and there was ample food and security. And so, you know, that we're constantly in flux. I think about uh won't get into the science of it right now, but I think about something that was told to us the other day about how things are circular, right? Things move in in in in circles, right?
SPEAKER_01:Spirals.
SPEAKER_00:Talking about water and spirals, and I think humans are the are the same, right? And if we're not maybe, maybe not spiraling, but if we're not in movement, then we our energy gets stuck, I feel, right? And when stuck energy happens, we can feel really low, right? If we're not experiencing every day, well uh, you know, our life becomes very stagnant at an energetic level, at a mind level. I mean, it's all the same, but You know, it it can get um really boring, for lack of a better word.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, we spiral up or we spiral down, I think. I think the mind, one of the things we've learned about the mind is that if you put a thought in your mind and you hold it there, it's not gonna take very long, 10 to 15 seconds. And another thought just like it is gonna enter. Your your mind is a pattern-making thing. And so holding a thought in your mind generates the next one like it, which will generate the next one like it. And you'll notice that that either takes you into what you might call a negative spin, a downward spin, a fearful spin, a critical spin, or it will take you to a hopeful spin, an upward spin, an anticipation spin, an excitement spin. It's just about I believe, I believe that the mind is a tool that we can learn to use to serve us, and that what we've been taught up to this point is no longer serving us as humanity, as individuals, as families, as communities, as groups, as people of the same race, as people of the same nationalities, as people where we put ourselves in in groupings and then we fear what's outside our group.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:I think it's a natural result of the kind of programming that we've been engaged in as human beings. It is natural, I think, to become habitual in your thinking. And I believe that out of love, out of concern, we've all been pretty much turned into fearful beings. And we have to do something about it because we've been practicing that fearful thinking for most of our lives, right? We've had moments, we've had times, we've had our own personal experiments that turned out well and made us doubt whether or not we needed to be fearful of things that are different. But pretty much we've been practicing that cautiousness, that that concern. We've been practicing that with our minds for a long time, and we're really good at it. I think most of us would be confident if I said, tell me all the things wrong with my idea. We're confident we can come up with stuff. We're confident that we can look at things and criticize them. I mean, there are people out there who make a living in the in the media world, and all they do is just criticize what other people do, right? I I look at politicians that spend all their time criticizing and they don't make a single positive suggestion. Here's what I think we should do. You never hear that out of people's mouths anymore. What you hear is, oh, that's a bad idea because of this, and this person is stupid because they're not thinking about this. And this is and we're good at that. We spiral with it, we jump on it, we say, yeah, yeah, yeah. We get excited by it. And I just want us to see that and try to realize that it's a habit. And the biggest enemy of choice is habit. The biggest force against actively choosing something different is the habits that we find ourselves in unconsciously, without trying, and really, really good at them. And that's because we practice them. And the practice is the magic, right? So that question, what do you want? You got to practice that question. You got to practice answering that question, you got to practice dwelling on that question, you got to practice hanging on to those thoughts for 15 seconds and let the excitement spiral begin. Let the anticipation spiral start to take you upward. That's just practice, right? And so I guess I want to say this, and I've said it so many times before. That is an act of imagination. It's no more an act of imagination than worry is, right? Thinking and anticipating about what you want is the same process in a different direction. The same process that we call worrying is imagining what could go wrong. And we think that that's good. We think that that's smart. We think that people who imagine the things that could go wrong are cautious and careful and reliable. And these are the ways we and I don't see that serving us anymore. I don't see that as making the world a better place. I don't see that as leading us to our dreams, the life of our dreams. And again, it's I say it without judgment. We come upon it honestly. It's a method that we've been trained in. And the good news is, is we can retrain, we can, we can practice something different. And so I say to our friend and their question, yeah, like I understand completely, because I'm really good at fear, I'm really good at caution, I'm really good at thinking about all the things that can go wrong. But it is in using my imagination to think about the things that could go well, right?
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:I'll be quiet for a bit now.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, talking about imagination. I think you know, I have a pretty good imagination. Gets the best to me sometimes because I can really get caught up in like the worst of the worst of the worst case scenarios.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, but you also can imagine wonderful things. Like that's one of your talents.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, yeah. No, I was uh yeah, I was on my way there.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02:Okay. Okay.
SPEAKER_00:Um so let's talk about the worst of the worst. No. So yeah, when I think about you know what recently came to me was, and I think this was intuition, the universe showing me, guiding me. You know, I I had this vision of us going across the country, whichever direction, and I didn't see two cars with us, right? So then magically something happened to my car. And and I let go of it. I was like, you know what? If this is all happening, then I'm just gonna release my car. And yeah, that might cause some uncomfortability that we're moving through now. But I think that maybe it was important to listen to that. We'll see. So the vision, yeah, it included the the the three of us together, myself, Les, and Tyke, in the truck, driving wherever. And and then doing you know, doing things along the way, settling somewhere, you know, for the that period of time. And so again, I I really the in the question there is like, how do you imagine this world that you've never really been to, that you haven't experienced yet? I mean, the imaginations are not based on anything that you you know of, right? So what I did for both both places that we imagine going to is I I dove right into looking at houses, I dove right into like what's in the communities. I know my passions for the arts and you know, crafting or lots of different things, but I I looked into those things in the communities that I imagined being in. And you know, getting there is the easy part, right? As long as you have gas in the car, and uh I think it's the easy part anyway, but I am right now a passenger princess, so that's easy for me, you know. So I I do think to answer your question, in my in my uh opinion, is to look at go on marketplace. Like I I've got you know one tab open for the east coast and one tab open for the west coast, and I'm just looking and diving in and experiencing and and uh in the chat need a sticker for the trapped princess on board. Yeah, princesses, tyke and me, princesses on board, yay, yeah. So, you know, and then my marketplace on Facebook is is all full of West Coast stuff, you know, looking at places out there. So um when you I think I had to move through the anxiety that happened as soon as we decided, as soon as I knew that there was no turning back, it was like, okay, now I have overwhelming anxiety. It was it was excitement a moment ago thinking about it, and then now that we've made the decision, it's anxiety. I think it's worthwhile to move through that anxiety and to give you, I don't know, this is again my own experience, but what I noticed is the moment I started to get rid of stuff and release the stuck energy of like stuff, that's when the anxiety dissipated. I think because there was an allowance of flow of energy, right? So as soon as started taking stuff to the to the Sally Ann, started throwing out stuff, you know, I'm down to just a few, not a few, but a little bit of clothing.
SPEAKER_01:Just a few boxes.
SPEAKER_00:Um but you know, way less and and cleaning out. And I think I think when it when energy gets stuck, we can go into anxious thoughts. So it's easier to get caught up in anxiety when that energy isn't allowed to flow, right? I mean, if you think of it visually, here you are, a being with an energy around you and through you, and all around, you know, you are that energy. And imagine this beautiful universe energy coming towards you that's giving and abundant and and ready to show you everything. And it's like slamming up against stuck energy, whether that's things around you, relationships, old stuff in your life, like like old past belief systems, right? And it's it if those aren't starting to release, they don't have to be perfect by all means, by any means, but like if those aren't released, then it's kind of like this beautiful rainbow energy slamming up against the static TV energy, you know, think of that. And when you release stuff, when you start to release, then that that beautiful energy can start flowing through you easily. And I I I think that's what helped release that that anxiety is just moving the energy, moving that old energy, that that static energy. I don't know if that makes sense or not.
SPEAKER_01:It does to me.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:I want to talk about the word trust because I think it's one of those things that in fact human beings do really well. They just don't realize they're doing it. Right? Getting up in the morning and going to work, going to school, doing your thing, right? It implies a great deal of trust, right? Going out into the world at all, going to the mall, you know, going, you know, on the subway, right? Going uh into the marketplace, that's a huge amount of trust because our fears can overwhelm us. And unfortunately, I think there are some people who go through that where the fear is is overwhelming, but about realizing that we, you know, we already trust a lot, right? We couldn't list all the things we trust, but we trust a lot, and that act of trust is subtle and underneath that conscious mind, it's a very unconscious thing, you know. And I love the saying, you know, a bird who lands on a branch is not landing on the branch because they trust the branch, they're landing on the branch because they trust their wings. When change is upon us, we go into change headfirst and excited because we trust ourselves to be able to manage it. We're already really good at trusting what is. But one of the things, I guess, that I where trust leads me, or what I think is the biggest thing you should trust, is your ability to learn, your ability to adapt. We are learning machines. I mean, think of yourself, you were born and you were a blob, you couldn't even move your fingers in any meaningful way.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:And within a year, you were walking around, right? Within two years, you were walking around, running around, and having conversation with the people around you. You were learning words. I mean, if you if we decided to learn a language today, we'd be overwhelmed by that. But look what happens. We started, we've already learned one once, right? It's it's hard, and many people have learned multiple, and they don't see it as a big deal. We are learning machines as human beings. We we can now take things like just a piece of metal and turn it into a thinking computer, right? Like we've learned how to turn physical things into intelligences, right? We've learned how to take dew under the ground and turn it into plastic, right? Like as human beings, we are learning machines. We are constantly learning, we are constantly growing. We get excited about new things, you know. I watched my kids with video games, and I I pick up the controller, I didn't even know which end to hold. And they, I can hand them a brand new video game, and it's like in seconds they figured out, and in an hour, they're already winning, right? We are learning machines. We can trust our ability to learn, we can trust our ability to adapt because we do it every day, because we live in a world of constant change, we live in a world that's constantly evolving, we live in a world of impermanence, right? And one of the things that we've proven to ourselves that we don't think about is that I can learn. So, to me, you know, this idea of trust is about trusting your own ability to grow and adapt that you have proven for years and years and years and years, and it continues to go on. We trust sometimes that things will go bad. That's our fear, that's our training, that's our mental thinking, right? But in spite of it, we move forward because we can trust our ability to adapt.
SPEAKER_02:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:So I think there's things about trust that we're already really good at, and we should remember that and take confidence from that.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and I think we are uh humans are naturally adaptive, adaptable, you know, we adapt really quick. I mean, think about the the easiest thing that can come to mind for me is like think about the weather. You know, when it's fall and you know, it goes from how do I explain this? I know people probably know where I'm going with this, but it goes from like five degrees and then winter hits and it's negative 10 degrees for the first day. It's freezing, right? And we thought five degrees was warm and we had shorts on, you know. But then if it goes from negative 10 to, you know, goes from negative 10 to zero, we're back in shorts, but that would have been so cold to us before, you know. So our bodies adapt, our minds, I think they catch up, right? The body adapts much faster than the mind, I think. But I don't think it takes too long. I think that I think of clients that are smokers and want to become non-smokers, the fear of those first few days or the fear of having a craving is is so big that they don't, you know, they'll they'll be scared of stopping, but it's only a little blip. But those few moments are so scary, right? For me, it's like getting my blood taken. I I I'm terrified up until I get the needle, uh, and then it's like, oh, okay, I'm okay now, you know. But think about for me at least days on end worry worried about this this getting blood thing. Yet I can go get a tattoo and be under needles for five hours. I don't know. Crazy. But you know, I I I think the perception of change can be scarier than what actually happens, right? And then it's over with, and you can move into this new life. The fact that you're here still means that you've made it through everything, whereas huge isn't well.
SPEAKER_01:I use it all the time in sessions, right? Yeah, yeah, right, like to bring the present person back to the child, yeah. You know, in in regression and and in imagination. And the child looking at the adult version goes, Holy smokes, look at you. Like you've lived a long time. Yeah, you've done a lot of things. You're old. I'm sorry if I interrupt you.
SPEAKER_00:No, no, no, no, that's great. I I had what when I did yoga training back in 2020. My yoga teacher, remember, if anything, I remember, she said she would say, Well, just do it, just do it. Or you know what if you're late for work, did anyone die? No, then that's fine, right? Like just just do it. You're not you know, do you know what I'm getting at? Like nothing that serious is going to happen. Happen and you've gotten through. I'm painting with a wide brush here, and I don't mean to to sound maybe insensitive, but you've gotten through all these years, and nothing really, really bad happened. You didn't die, right? Happened to you. And so the future is worth exploring, right? To take that chance, to move through that probably just a moment of being uncomfortable, or moments, right? We're not uncomfortable for long stretches of of time. Think about it. Think about think about your day. There's ups and downs. There's moments maybe of feeling uncomfortable. There's moments of happiness, there's moments of feeling content and peaceful. Maybe there's moments of sadness. We're constantly in flux with emotions, right? It is it is going to be the same moving forward. You're not going to sit in feeling uncomfortable and or distress for more than moments, right? As humans, we always look for answers. You're going to always look for an answer. So what like think about, okay, so you start driving out west, right? And I don't know, I'll just use like you need a you need an oil change suddenly, right? The oil light comes on. You're not going to get out of the car and sit on the side of the road and expire, right? You're going to look for an answer. We're always going to be moving in a direction. And usually that direction is up if we choose. Anyway.
SPEAKER_01:I guess I'd just finish on that question. What do I want? You're allowed to dwell on that. You're allowed to put details in your answer. You're allowed to create it as magnificently as you want. You don't need to ask yourself what could go wrong. You can if you want, but you can just dwell on what do I want. And when you start to use that imagination, that ability to visualize, that ability to anticipate, that ability to create intention. I want that. I want to have that. I'm going to have that. I'm going to be that. I'm going to do that. That imagination is going to create so much energy in your mind. And that's the tool you're going to use. Yeah. Imagination is a tool that we often use poorly, but we can use it better. And so I suppose, you know, when I consider that wonderful observation and beautiful question that we started with, you know, cling to your imagination, cling to your ability to trust yourself. You've already proven you can learn anything and keep the uh the vision of the goal as your motivator, I suppose.
SPEAKER_00:And don't put restrictions on the goal, right? Don't put restrictions on it because that closes doors that are opening for you as soon as you make that decision, right? I want to go out west. Don't start saying, well, this is how it has to happen, and this is this is where I have to be. And this, you know, don't don't put restrictions on it. Make put the objective out there and little steps, little steps. And you'll notice once the objective is out there and you start putting it into physical of physicality, you know, making it physical, even if it's just in your mind, you're speaking it, you're maybe writing it, you're thinking about it. This will open doors suddenly for you. That it's up to you to choose those doors, but it those op those doors will start opening, right? Yeah. So thanks for joining us today.
